Dan was Global Creative Excellence Director at Unilever, with an agenda to drive Creativity and Effectiveness in relation to Brand Purpose.

Previously, Dan worked as a Planning Director in advertising at WCRS, VCCP and M&C Saatchi, running O2 across Europe and the launch brand strategy for Mini: the "Mini adventures" integrated campaign.

He also ran a jewellery business for five years.
